General

  • This Privacy Policy is an agreement between JCPlayCoin and the User.
  • This Privacy Policy is an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions of JCPlayCoin.
  • JCPlayCoin reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to adapt to technological developments, business practices, or applicable law.

Legal Terms

The privacy policy on the JCPlayCoin platform is subject to Indonesian laws and regulations related to electronic systems and personal data protection, including Law No. 1 of 2024 on Electronic Information and Transactions; Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection; Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019 on the Operation of Electronic Systems and Transactions; and other relevant regulations.

User Data

  • JCPlayCoin, in supporting and optimizing services on the JCPlayCoin platform, has the right to request necessary personal data from Users.
  • By providing personal information to JCPlayCoin, the User waives claims and demands that may arise related to the use or disclosure of information to JCPlayCoin.
  • By using JCPlayCoin services and providing the requested information, the User grants JCPlayCoin permission to receive, manage, store, and perform other activities within JCPlayCoin’s systems.
  • The User states that the provision of personal information in JCPlayCoin’s systems is done consciously and in a competent condition.
  • The User states that the personal data entered into JCPlayCoin’s systems is genuine and is the User’s own property.
  • The User has the right to update personal data that has been entered into JCPlayCoin’s systems.
  • JCPlayCoin has the right to request the User to update personal data in JCPlayCoin’s systems if the User has not provided up-to-date information.
  • The User releases JCPlayCoin from any claims for compensation or other demands caused by transaction failures due to incomplete personal data in JCPlayCoin’s systems.
  • JCPlayCoin will protect personal data, including maintaining the confidentiality of personal data provided by the User within JCPlayCoin’s systems.

Collection

  1. The mechanism for collecting User data begins when the User uses services on the JCPlayCoin platform by filling in the requested identity information.
  2. User personal data will be stored automatically in JCPlayCoin’s systems when the User agrees to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy established by JCPlayCoin.

Use

  1. JCPlayCoin uses User data to facilitate services and product transactions.
  2. JCPlayCoin uses User data to provide, improve, and develop services on JCPlayCoin or to analyze issues arising on JCPlayCoin.
  3. JCPlayCoin uses User data to offer or recommend features, products, or services on the JCPlayCoin platform.
  4. JCPlayCoin uses User data to comply with legal obligations requested by authorized authorities or law enforcement agencies.
  5. JCPlayCoin uses User data to facilitate communication between the User and JCPlayCoin.
  6. JCPlayCoin may use User personal data to facilitate services with third parties (if needed). Users are not permitted to provide their personal data directly to third parties without going through JCPlayCoin’s site. Any loss resulting from such actions is entirely the User’s responsibility.
  7. JCPlayCoin uses personal data to detect or prevent unlawful conduct.
  8. JCPlayCoin may use personal data for purposes other than those stated in this Privacy Policy, which will be communicated to the User for legal purposes and interests.

Storage

  1. JCPlayCoin has the right to store User personal data for service purposes on the JCPlayCoin platform, for Privacy Policy purposes, and for purposes determined by law and regulations.
  2. User personal data will be stored by the JCPlayCoin platform from the time the User enters identity information into JCPlayCoin’s systems until the User stops using JCPlayCoin’s services.

Deletion

JCPlayCoin will delete User data if:

  • The User no longer uses JCPlayCoin’s services, subject to the retention period of personal data on JCPlayCoin’s services for 2 years after the account is deleted by the User.
  • The User submits a personal data deletion request to JCPlayCoin by providing a deletion form, ID card or other identity proof, and a reason for deleting personal data from JCPlayCoin’s services.
  • JCPlayCoin may refuse changes or deletion of User personal data if the reason conflicts with the law.
  • JCPlayCoin will delete the User’s personal data if JCPlayCoin deems the data is no longer required or if there is a legal obligation to delete the User’s personal data.

Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for the security of their personal data. Users are advised to use strong protection for passwords and PINs and to restrict access to their accounts.
  • Users are responsible for personal data when using JCPlayCoin’s services if their accounts are used or accessed by third parties.
  • Users must promptly report to JCPlayCoin upon learning that their personal data has been misused by third parties or other irresponsible parties when using JCPlayCoin’s services.
  • JCPlayCoin is not responsible for the User’s negligence in providing personal data to other parties.
  • JCPlayCoin is not responsible for data input performed by children under 18 years old without parental supervision.
  • JCPlayCoin is released from any responsibility related to the security of User personal data if there are circumstances beyond JCPlayCoin’s control.
